Nokia confirms that the microphones incorporated with its business oriented phone the E90 Communicator has defects.  Early users of the E90 phones complained about background noise during phone calls.

In addition to the defective microphone, users also reported about the scratches on the internal 800×320 pixel screen due to the keyboard keys touching the screen when folded.

Nokia said the issue has been rectified although the problems has put deliveries on hold.
