Mobile phone maker Nokia has announced that they are now acquiring Trolltech ASA.  The deal would be conducted in a cash transaction and is worth around US$153 million.

Trolltech is based in Oslo and provide software and services used in popular web applications like Skype, Google Earth and Adobe Photoshop Elements.
