American Idol has announced that they are now collaborating with Apple to offer the performances on their shows on Apple iTunes. The performances of the entire top 24 semifinalist on the show would now be exclusively available on the Apple’s digital media store.

Apple announced a new 2GB model of its iPod shuffle portable music player. The new, higher capacity model, can store up to 40,000 songs, and will sell for $69.
Apple reduced its standard 1GB model in price to just $49. The iPod Shuffle comes in five colors–silver, blue, green, purple and a red special edition.

Adobe has announced their latest product named Director 11. This is the next major upgrade to their multimedia authoring software.
Adobe said that the application suite support more than 40 different video, audio and image file formats. It also works along with their Adobe Flash CS3 Professional.
