Iomega Corp. rejected the $178.1 million takeover offer by EMC Corp.
EMC said the company gave a compelling offer and EMC was disappointed with the decision of Iomega’s board to reject the offer.

Digg CEO denies buyout rumors

Digg CEO Jay Adelson denied the buyout rumors that is circulating in the industry.
Google and Microsoft is reportedly interested to make an offer on the social notworking site.
Adelson said the rumor is just a rumor and the report is completely inaccurate and may have been fabricated by the press.
