Asustek Computer has said that most of the Eee PCs they would ship this year would be loaded with Windows XP as the operating system.  The machine debuted with Linux OS.

About 60 percent of them will have Windows XP operating system.  Asus aims to ship as many as 5 million units this year compared to 300,000 units shipped in 2007.
