ASUS Philippines announced the availability of the Eee PC S101, an exquisitely designed netbook for fashion forward individuals who view style as as much of a factor of success as substance and the Eee Top ET16 Series of all-in-one touchscreen computers.

Loaded with features such as the Super Hybrid Engine for extended use while on the move, the Eee PC S101 comes with a Solid State Drive of up to 64 GB, Ultra portable—magazine-slim, 4-in-1 card reader for MMC, SD, Memory Stick and MS-PRO, 10.2-inch wide active matrix LED backlit TFT, WSVGA 1024×600 in 252k colors, Intel Atom CPU, 10/1000 Mbps Fast Ethernet controller, WLAN, Bluetooth, 1GB RAM, 3 USB ports, 1 VGA port, 1 RJ-45, 2 audio jacks, Multi-touch touchpad, Built-in speakers, Polymer battery; 36 W/hr; 2S2P (2450 mAh/cell).

Asus also revealed the Eee Top ET16, a series of All-in-One PC with touch screen and integrated by 15.6 inches, the new Eee Top ET1602 and Eee Top ET1603 enable users to interact with the graphical interface directly using the fingers of hand. To take maximum advantage of these new features, the Eee Top ET16 series is equipped with a suite of applications optimized to increase productivity, entertainment and communication between these outstanding EeeMemo, Opera Touch, SoftStyles, Eee Cam and Eee Cinema.

During the event, outgoing Asus Philippines managing director Leon Yu introduced his replacement in the person of Mr. Cedric Chang.
