Acer introduces Gateway to local market

Acer Philippines unveiled the Gateway brand to the Philippines ushering in a new and stylish array of computers to the local market. Acer bought Gateway back in 2007 for $710 million.

Acer Philippines country manager Manuel Wong said Filipino users will enjoy and appreciate the design and the power that comes with the new Gateway machines. During the launch, Gateway introduces the LT series, UC series, MD series and their all-in-one PC.

Gateway appointed Bridge Distribution, Inc. and Axis Global Inc. as their distributors in the Philippines.

ElectroWorld and Dell opens showroom in SM North Cyberzone

Dell Philippines in cooperation with ElectroWorld opens their first Dell Concept store at the new SM North Cyberzone in Quezon City.

The showroom will allow customers to see and try the latest Dell offerings – PC, notebooks, and netbooks.

Dell Philippines consumer retail channels director, Jerry Lacson said the showroom will also act as a hub for those who wants to learn more about Dell and for existing Dell users to consult their experts for any concerns that they may have with their machines.

Sony Philippines opens Third showroom

In line with its commitment to serve its customers better, Sony Philippines recently open their third showroom in the Philippines – the latest located at the SM North Cyberzone.

The showroom will allow consumers to appreciate Sony various line of products – camera, LCD TV, notebooks, audio/video products and a lot more.

The other two Sony showrooms are located in Ermita and Shangri-La Plaza Mall Edsa.
