Reports indicated that 28 more members of Microsoft Philippines decided to avail of the voluntary separation program (VSP) offered by Microsoft.

The VSP program entitles approved applicants three months salary (net of taxes) for every year of service.

Rafael “Pepeng” Rollan recently quit his post as Microsoft Philippines Managing Director. Rollan will stay with Microsoft Philippines until September of 2009.

A Malaysian is reportedly being eyed to replace Rollan as the new Managing Director of Microsoft Philippines.
