Dell announced that their Mini 10 netbook will get a GPS option in the US. The Dell Mini 10 netbook computer will be equipped with GPS hardware as well as hybrid GPS and Wi-Fi-based location-finding software from Boston’s Skyhook Wireless.

Dell Wireless 700 location solution will initially support Windows XP. Vista and Windows 7 support will come later. The Mini 10 is the first system that we’ll offer with the optional Dell 700 Wireless location solution.
