Belkin has announced a new hardware attachment for the third generation Apple iPod Shuffle which lack controls on the main player’s body.

The attachment would allow iPod Shuffle owners to control the playback functions on the device with any headphone.

Belkin’s device would enable users to use any headphone as the controls are located on the attachment itself.
