Customer Happiness According to ASUS
These three devices followed the principles of ASUS’ Customer Happiness 2.0, a campaign dedicated to enrich every aspect of one’s life through better technology. Exciting and beautiful designs, breathtaking multimedia, instinctive interaction, and always-connected living converge in innovative products and services. This comes from ASUS’ philosophy that it almost starts with people—what they’re thinking, feeling and doing, thus being translated into five meaningful pillars that give users enhanced experiences, namely Beauty, Sound, Touch, Responsiveness and Ubiquity.

Following ASUS’s tradition of continuously creating innovative products, the attendees were taken to the private showroom of one of Cebu’s greatest prides, Kenneth Cobonpue. Kenneth Cobonpue is a world-renowned industrial designer known for creating innovative furniture that makes use of natural resources such as bamboo, abaca and rattan, among others. The attendees were able to see firsthand Cobonpue’s brilliant pieces that can be seen in international magazines and featured in Hollywood blockbuster films. This part of the trip has shown that both ASUS and Kenneth Cobonpue share the same philosophy of creating incredible products that are unique, innovative, elegant, and at the same time very usable.
