Oracle Philippines appoints Darren Rushworth as new country MD

Oracle Philippines announces the appointment of Mr. Darren Rushworth as the new country managing director.

Mr. Rushworth is no stranger to the country for he served as Channel Head of Oracle Philippines. Prior to his new assignment, Mr. Rushworth served as Oracle Corp. vice president for Commercial Applications.

Mr. Rushworth will be replacing Mr. Ryan C. Guadalquiver who recently join HP Philippines to become its new GM.

Goodbye Oracle, Hello HP for Ryan Guadalquiver

The search of who will be the next managing director of HP Philippines is finally over – Mr. Ryan C. Guadalquiver, managing director of Oracle Philippines is reportedly replacing Mr. David Tan as the new managing director of HP Philippines. Tan will assume a new role in the AP region.

The name of Guadalquiver surfaced as the possible replacement of Tan as early as October 27, 2009 (Tuesday). Very few information is available about Guadalquiver except that he served as Oracle Philippine’s managing director for a little over a year.

HP will make a formal announcement of Guadalquiver’s appointment on November 3, 2009.
