Sony Ericsson Switches from M2 to MicroSD

Sony Ericsson has revealed that it will be dumping Sony’s proprietary and much maligned Memory Stick Micro card format and use the more universally accepted microSD in all its handsets.

Sony Ericsson has used microSD card in its recently released handsets – the Satio, Aino and Yari phones. microSD is a format for removable flash memory cards which is commonly used in cellular phones and also in many other portable devices.
