Globe Ties-up with PSBank for a more Enhanced Electronic Banking Channels

Globe Telecom ties up with the thrift banking arm of the Metrobank Group, Philippine Savings Bank (PSBank), to further enhance its electronic banking channels in response to demanding needs of consumers for a speedy, efficient, convenient and reliable banking services.

The collaboration allows Globe subscribers with PSBank accounts to access the bank’s electronic banking service anywhere, anytime. They can enjoy several financial transactions like payments, account inquiries, and reloading from their PSBank account to their registered GCASH wallet and vice-versa.

On the other hand, PSBank account holders enrolled in the subscription can also receive bank alerts for debit transactions, below-minimum-balance advisories, and bills payments, among others. They will also receive information and any other important announcement from the bank.

The tie up also enables Globe subscribers and PSBank clients to use the prepaid service of PSBank for reloading their Globe Prepaid or TM accounts. This service is available online via http://www.psbank.com.ph or over 400 PSBank ATMs and over 180 PSBank branches in the country. It is also expected to be available via mobile banking services.

“We are proud to have PSBank as a partner in the expansion of its mobile banking channel and we value the opportunity to offer relevant services to thousands of PSBank and Globe customers,” said Ernest Cu, President and CEO of Globe. “PSBank’s network of ATMs nationwide also gives Globe and TM subscribers another means to reload their prepaid numbers anytime they want,” he added.
