HTC One X, the latest flagship device of HTC was pre-launched at the Jump Experience Center, the interactive technology hub that highlights the freshest offerings of Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) and Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. (PLDT).

Guests in the pre-launch were able to watch demonstrations and get first-hand experience with the outstanding performance of the HTC One X that features a quad core processor – which is a first in mobile phones.

HTC One X also features the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, an 8-megapixel camera, Beats audio software and durable polycarbonate body. These are powerful specifications that are encased in a durable finish that can withstand accidental drops.

“Here at Jump, we go beyond displaying phones and tablets. We encourage visitors to try out the newest gadgets and technology, and learn more about them,” said Veronica Gabaldon, Smart External Customer Service Manager.

Jump is designed to be a high-tech haven to help customers to learn about the mobile phones and operating systems. “The Jump Squad continues to undergo trainings on the latest innovations so they will be well-equipped to relay information to our guests. In fact, HTC has been conducting product briefing for the Jump Squad to prepare them for the learning sessions we will offer to visitors in the coming weeks. Our doors are open to anyone who wishes to learn more about communications technology,” Gabaldon said.

The HTC One X will be officially launched in the country on April 13. Guests can register for pre-orders at Jump, to ensure that they will get both the superior phone and superior connectivity from Smart.
